Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully re-wrap your rug in its original protective packaging or a heavy-duty plastic equivalent to ensure it stays clean during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely tape it to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
